With no paid staff all community endeavours are undertaken on a voluntary basis with some events organised for other charitable causes including Action Cancer & Macmillan Nursing Care. Over the years Community Festivals have been held as a Social event and also to raise much needed funds. The group continue to develop new ideas and programmes that will ultimately impact on local people (for the better) and are at present developing a community park adjacent to the local community hall and primary school.
