We try to ensure that all parents feel welcome to join the Parents' Council or simply help out at events. We organise many fundraising events throughout each school year. These have, in the past included Family Fun Runs, Family Fact Trails, School Discos, Uniform Bring & Buy Sales, Breakfast with Santa mornings, Table Quizzes, a Christmas Craft Fayre, design your own Christmas card, a school calendar, Christmas hamper raffle, raffles at school productions/events, bag packing at the local supermarkets and the weekly Bonus Ball draw. These events are enjoyed by pupils, parents and staff, as well as the wider community. In addition to fundraising, we provide help and support to the teaching staff with school-run events such as Sports Day, Coffee Mornings, school assemblies etc... We have experienced tremendous support from local businesses in the past, as has been evident at our Christmas Fayre, in advertisements for our school production programmes and the most recent 10-year anniversary calendar. The PTA ultimately provide much needed funds to help subsidise school trips, new technology in classrooms, playground equipment and simple treats for the children.
