Volunteers run the club activities while maintaining facilities for community, social and sporting use. On a weekly basis, with the support of volunteers we enable people to participate in community and recreational activities. Bourneview Mill Football Club provide Amateur Sport (football) for people in the wider Portadown area. Two senior teams play in the Amateur Mid Ulster Football League. Bourneview Mill FC currently use Pepperton Park, Tandragee Road in Portadown to provide sport and leisure activities for the residents of Portadown and the wider district council area of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council. The club facilitate community activities, training and workshops, functions and community events. We are a cross community club, drawing members and participants from all communities and religious and political backgrounds. Through football related activities, we aim to teach values such as fair play, sportsmanship, commitment and discipline as well as the core sporting skills. Sport and physical activity are important and can lead to a healthy lifestyle. We aim to combat social exclusion, deprivation and inequality among young people in the community.
